Our Associate Members earn $7,500.00 in Marketing Fees on their Personally Sponsored Commercial Real Estate Transactions plus share in $24,500.00 in Team Overrides.

No Real Estate or Mortgage License Needed, FundMyHome.org does not pay Real Estate or Mortgage Commissions; FundMyHome.org pays Marketing Fees to its Associate Members for promoting its Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Refinance program to friends and family, compensation is earned at closing, FundMyHome.org pays the same amount, at the same time, and compensation is never linked to a purchase price or percentile.

We are proud of our common sense - NO INCOME LIMIT Commercial Real Estate Down-Payment Assistance Grants program, FundMyHome.org provides Qualified Real Estate Investors Down Payment and Closing Costs. Our goal is to bring our Real Estate Investors to Close with ZERO or little out of pocket. Real Estate Investors must use FundMyHome.org's Preferred Lenders and Realtors as a condition to receiving Down Payment Assistance.

You can build a team of Associate Members under you at FundMyHome.org to help your Real Estate Investors fund their Commercial Real Estate transactions. FundMyHome.org pays you Marketing Fees for your personal production and overrides from the production of your team.

Personally Sponsoring New Associate Members is one of the only 2 necessary qualifiers needed to receive overrides. The second qualifier needed to receive overrides is the successful completion of at least two personally sponsored Commercial Real Estate Purchase or Refinance transaction per year.

In addition to the $7,500.00 paid on each personally sponsored transaction, Associate Members can earn $24,500.00 in overrides paid down to eight levels of overrides. Payroll is paid weekly.

$5,000.00 in the 1st level,
$4,500.00 in the 2nd level,
$4,000.00 in the 3rd level,
$3,500.00 in the 4th level,
$3,000.00 in the 5th level,
$2,500.00 in the 6th level,
$1,500.00 in the 7th level,
$500.00 in the 8th level.

Having two or more Personally Sponsored Associate Members active in your 1st level qualifies you to receive 1st level overrides, having two or more Associate Members active in your 2nd level qualifies you to receive 2nd level overrides, and so on down to eight levels.

As an Enrolling Sponsor, you the Associate Member market our Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Refinance program, and make sure that your Real Estate Investors register and obtain their Real Estate Investor ID # on your FMH website, which then follows your Genealogy.

You and your Real Estate Investors get access to our Online Customer CRM for updates and direct communications with our Home Office, Lenders, Realtors, etc.

FundMyHome.org will not sell your information to third party companies, it is FundMyHome.org who will act as the lender for your Commercial Real Estate transactions.
